Each homeowner receives fresh sod that has been cut that day. We offer a leading-class sod blend featuring 80% Kentucky Bluegrass and 20% Red Fescue that is available for delivery from Monday to Saturday April 15th to October 31st. *SOD ROLL PRICING INCLUDES DELIVERY TO CALGARY, AIRDRIE, COCHRANE, OKOTOKS, CHESTERMERE AND THE COMMUNITIES WITHIN THAT RANGE. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A DELIVERY QUOTE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOD OR BULK PRODUCT DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF OUR STANDARD DELIVERY AREA.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN ORDERING SOD FOR YOUR DIY INSTALLATION:
- Sod is ordered in 10 square foot increments as each roll is 2'x5' (10sqft) with a minimum order quantity of 500 sq ft.
- GST and pallet deposits are not included in the pricing above. A $30 deposit per pallet is immediately refundable upon the return of the pallet(s).
- Sod can only be delivered on a pallet, we cannot send loose rolls. Each standard pallet typically comes stacked with 700 sq ft of sod.
- You can pickup your sod yourself for only $0.41 per square foot plus GST and applicable pallet deposits.
- Special pricing is available for large orders over 5000 square feet. Contact us for details.
- Screened topsoil is also available for delivery for $30 per cubic yard, plus $150 delivery (not including tax). On average you will need 1 cubic yard to cover a 200 square foot area of new sod with 2 inches of topsoil.
- Orders for next day delivery must be received and paid for by no later than noon (12pm) on the business day prior. Any delivery orders made after that time cannot be guaranteed for the next day.
- Delivery times can be requested for either AM or PM, Mondays through Saturdays. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed as the delivery schedule is continuously evolving, however we will always do our best to try and honor all requests.
- Our sod is cut daily, but in order to give your lawn the best chance at success you must install your sod within 24 hours of delivery. If sod sits on a pallet too long, especially in hot weather, it will start to decompose and die.

- We accept Credit Card or E-transfers for sod and bulk landscaping deliveries. A processing fee of 3% may be applied to Credit Card payments.
