Deliveries

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:

• Sod is ordered in 10 square foot increments as each roll is 2'x5' (10sqft) with a minimum order quantity of 500 sq ft.
• GST and pallet deposits are not included in the sod pricing. A $30 deposit per pallet is immediately refundable upon the return of the pallet(s).
• Sod can only be delivered on a pallet, we cannot send loose rolls. Each standard pallet typically comes stacked with up to 700 sq ft of sod.
• Bulk materials cannot be dropped on public roadways that are not paved (ie. gravel or dirt roads/alleys). Doing so is against most community bylaws and may incur fines to the homeowners.
• Bulk materials are limited to one product type per truck as there is no way to separate them, nor dump them separately from the box.
• On average you will need 1 cubic yard of bulk material to cover roughly a 200 square foot area to a depth of 2 inches.
• Orders for next day delivery must be received and paid for by no later than noon (12pm) on the business day prior. Any delivery orders made after that time cannot be guaranteed for the next day.
• Deliveries can be requested for either AM or PM, Mondays through Saturdays. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed however as the delivery schedule is continuously evolving.
• Our sod is cut daily, but in order to give your lawn the best chance at success you must install your sod within 24 hours of delivery. If sod sits on a pallet too long, especially in hot weather, it will start to decompose and die.

• We accept Credit Card or E-transfers for sod and bulk landscaping deliveries. A processing fee of 3% may be applied to Credit Card payments.
