Our Sod Installation Process

It All Starts Here!

Our installation process begins with a simple estimate. Our knowledgeable estimator will arrange to meet you at your property to examine the site and discuss your project requirements in order to prepare your free quote.


For many of us in this busy world, sometimes coordinating meeting times can be a bother. To overcome this complication and with consent to access your property, our estimator can still measure your property on their own and then be in touch to discuss the details of your project with you directly.

What's Next?

After approving the quote we will require either a deposit or a credit card on file in order to schedule your installation at a convenient time for you. We  aim to schedule installs 2-3 weeks after approval. 


Please be aware that because our installations are contingent on good weather conditions and material availability, your installation date may be subject to change. You will be able to view your scheduled appointment at any time by logging in to your client portal.

It's Almost Time!

Approximately 24 to 48 hours prior to your installation we will contact you to inform you and give you an approximate arrival time for our crew. 


Any pre-installation requirements that are the responsibility of the property owner must be must be completed ahead of time in order to proceed with the installation. This may include things like marking all irrigation sprinkler heads, ensuring any existing lawn is cut short, or contacting "Call Before You Dig" to ensure any electrical or gas lines are properly marked.

Installation Day!

Today is the day we install your beautiful new yard! If required, we remove all existing weeds and old sod then prep the surface with new topsoil for the new sod. We then professionally install your fresh new sod and roll it out for a beautiful finish.


After a successful installation, we will provide  you with the information you need in order to keep your new sod healthy including a watering care schedule.


The final balance is due upon completion of your project.
