- We need to ensure we are providing accurate information for our
Delivery Clients and confirm they are within our standard delivery area. Unexpected additional fees are no fun for anyone!
- It helps with booking your
FREE QUOTE for installation with an Estimator at the earliest possible availability as we can coordinate between their schedules and your location immediately.
- We find clients tend to hesitate the most in providing an address when they just need a Rough Idea of Cost for Installation, but the less desirable situation would be our clients receiving an initial rough price that turns out to be significantly lower than the actual cost. This is guaranteed to leave a bad taste in our client's mouths and we absolutely want to avoid these situations. Here is why having the address can help minimize any price differences:
- It may be possible for us to use current mapping technologies to digitally view your property and give you an unofficial approximate cost without visiting in person. Bear in mind that we cannot provide official installation quotes site unseen!
- Project pricing can vary greatly from one property to the next depending on:
- Accessibility. Can our machinery access the site or will it require additional manual labour?
- Intensity of any sloped land and amount of grading required.
- Complexity of existing landscaping features. How many trees, gardens, play structures, decks, etc. need to be cut around? Are most cuts quick and straight, or are there rounded cuts which take more time and require extra material for waste?
- Existing land condition. Will it require additional prep work?
- Location of the property if it is outside city limits.
